Respecting the right to personal data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) is one of the essential tasks of «Impact+».

1. What is GDPR?

Starting from May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), known as GDPR, came into effect.

It stipulates that any Operator/entity involved in the processing of personal data is required to apply the new requirements and provide information in a transparent manner regarding the processing of data.

2. Why are personal data processed?

According to GDPR provisions and the obligation to care for your personal data that we hold in our database, we inform you that they are used solely for the purpose of carrying out our activities in relation to you: sending messages and other information.

3. What personal data do we process?

We collect information to ensure the best possible use of our services. Generally, we receive personal data directly from you when you perform the following actions:

4. How do we use your personal data?

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the legislation in force in the Republic of Moldova and Romania, personal data strictly refer to the relationship between «Impact+» and the data subject (visitor). We strive to handle the provided information with the utmost confidentiality and only for the purposes for which it was collected.

4.1. Contracting and managing relationships with clients

  • Accessing the website - when you visit impact-plus.net, each time a page or file is opened, access data is automatically saved as log files. Each data packet includes information about the website from which our page is accessed, IP address, date and time of access, client request, HTTP response code, transferred data volume, browser information, and the operating system used.
  • Geographical location - using the IP address, it is possible to estimate the geographical location of the internet user. Once the session ends, the IP address is not stored for geographical location purposes.

4.2. Data for communication with visitors

We may also contact you to offer additional services that, in our opinion, may be valuable to you.

  • Email;
  • Text messages (SMS);
  • Phone calls;
  • Automated phone calls or text messages.

If we collect information from you regarding a joint proposal, it will be clear at the time of collection who is collecting the information and which privacy policy applies. Additionally, you will be provided options regarding the use or disclosure of your personal information to a joint partner, as well as an explanation of how you can take advantage of these options.

4.3. Data for courts or other public authorities

We collaborate with the state and representatives of public law enforcement institutions to comply with and implement laws. We may provide information at the request of law enforcement authorities based on a court order if we deem it necessary for protecting our property and rights, third-party property, ensuring public or personal security, or preventing or stopping activities we believe are illegal.

To the extent permitted by law, we will take reasonable measures to notify you if we are required to provide your information to third parties in a legal proceeding.

4.4. Data for web analysis via Google Adwords/Analytics and Yandex Metrica

We use various web analytics tools from partners such as Google and Yandex to collect information about interactions with our website and mobile applications, including pages visited, referring sites, time spent on each page, operating system and browser used, as well as network and IP address information.

4.5. Data for cookie policy

To enhance your browsing experience on our website, we use cookies. These are used to allow users to easily resume activity on subsequent visits to our website. Cookies are files that instruct the server which pages to display to the user. Each cookie module can only be used by the corresponding service provider (e.g., Google in the case of Google Analytics). Information collected through a cookie may be transferred to a service partner and stored on its servers in a different country. Although the collected data does not include personal details such as name, address, or payment details, it is used by the service provider and transferred to other parties in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.

Our website contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policy or content of these websites and recommend reading the privacy statements on each site you visit.

5. Recipients of personal data

Recipients processing personal information are required to comply with legal provisions.
